Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between Competly, UAB (company code 308157857, VAT code LT100020947016, Svajonių al. 4, Jonučių II k., Garliavos apyl. sen., LT-53272 Kauno r. sav., Lithuania; "we") and the business that creates a competly.co account ("you"). By creating an account or subscribing, you accept them on behalf of that business and confirm you are authorised to do so.

competly.co is sold to businesses only. By subscribing you confirm you act for the purposes of your trade, business or profession and not as a consumer.

competly.co finds your products on the online stores you name, reads their public prices and stock on the schedule you choose, and keeps the history. What each plan includes — credits, products, storefronts, pairs, users and pages read at once — is stated on the pricing page and in your account.

We read only publicly accessible pages. A store can change its site, block automated visits or go offline; when that happens some prices may be missing or late until we adapt. We work to keep every reading accurate, but a price is a reading of a third-party page and is provided as information, not as a guarantee.

Keep your password safe and the people on your account current; you are responsible for what is done through your account. You keep all rights to the catalog and data you upload, and you give us the right to use it only to provide the service to you.

Do not use competly.co to break the law, to collect personal data from the pages it reads, to overload or attack any site, to resell the service without our agreement, or to try to reach another customer's data. We may suspend an account that does, after telling you why where we can.

• Paid plans are monthly subscriptions, billed in euro in advance for each month, by card through Stripe. The first month is charged when you subscribe and each following month on the same day.
• Prices on competly.co exclude VAT. Lithuanian VAT (21%) is added for customers in Lithuania. A business in another EU country with a valid VAT number pays no VAT (reverse charge) and should enter that number at checkout. Customers outside the EU pay no Lithuanian VAT.
• Invoices are issued by Competly, UAB for every payment and are available in your account under Billing.
• Credits renew each month on your billing date. Credits not used in a month do not carry over.
• We may change prices for future months. We tell account owners at least 30 days before a change applies to an existing subscription, and you may cancel before it does.

You can change plan at any time under Billing.

• A bigger plan starts at once, together with a new monthly period and a full allowance of its credits. The unused part of the month you already paid for is credited against the new plan's first charge, so you are charged only the difference.
• A smaller plan starts at your next renewal. Until then you keep the plan you paid for, with its limits and credits; from the renewal date you are charged the smaller plan's price. Nothing is charged or refunded when you schedule it, and you can undo it before it starts.

• You can cancel at any time under Billing → Manage billing, in two clicks and without contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid for: until then your plan keeps working, and after it your account moves to the Free plan with its data kept.
• Because the service is delivered as soon as a month starts, payments are not refunded for a partly used month, and unused credits are not refunded.
• If we charge you in error, charge you twice, or the service is unavailable for a substantial part of a month through our fault, we refund the affected amount. Write to [email protected] within 30 days of the charge.
• Where the law gives you a right to a refund that these terms do not, the law applies.

If a renewal payment fails, we tell you by email and Stripe retries it over the following days. Your plan keeps working while it does. If no payment succeeds, the subscription ends and the account moves to the Free plan; nothing in it is deleted.

We aim to keep competly.co available at all times, apart from planned maintenance, and answer support email within one business day. Enterprise plans can agree further service levels in writing.

The service is provided "as is". Neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost sales. Our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in those 12 months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence.

You may stop using competly.co and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or at once if you seriously breach these terms; if we end it without cause, we refund the unused part of any month you paid for.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes go to the courts of Lithuania, unless the law of your country gives you a different mandatory forum. We may update these terms; changes that affect your rights are announced to account owners by email at least 30 days before they apply.
